Shipping Policy

At Sage and Paije, we make every effort to ship all orders on the same day if placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Sydney Time) on a business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that shipping days do not include public holidays. During high-volume or sale periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All parcels require a signature for secure delivery. If no one is available, the parcel will be taken to your local post office. Please contact your local post office within 7 business days to arrange redelivery. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please notify us before dispatch.

Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its journey. Sage and Paije cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, public holidays, courier errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods. Additionally, we cannot be responsible for missing, damaged, or stolen parcels.

To ensure smooth delivery, provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Sage and Paije cannot reimburse or replace parcels with incorrect shipping details. If a parcel is returned to us and you wish for redelivery, the postage cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary.

The customer is responsible for customs duties/taxes. Charges must be paid even if the shipment is refused. If a parcel is returned due to non-payment, additional shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Taxes & Duties

International orders may incur taxes and duties. Any applicable charges must be paid by you for customs clearance. Customs authorities require us to state the order value on the package. Customs agents may delay or reject delivery.

If additional fees are unpaid, your parcel will return to us, and you will be refunded minus shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
