Return Policy
Sage and Paije is committed to customer satisfaction – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of the order delivery date.
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.
Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your return. High-volume periods, especially around the holidays, may cause delays.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, and to prevent fraud or abuse, Sage and Paije may refuse to accept returned items if we identify excessive or unreasonable return patterns.
Returned goods that do not meet the following criteria will be declined and may be sent back at your cost:
- Return must be lodged within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or perfume.
- Merchandise must include all tags, including Sage and Paije hangtags.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in perfect condition (no postage labels).
- Bags must include original packaging with the security seal intact.
- Merchandise excluded from returns: accessories (earrings, necklaces), hair accessories, hats, intimates, stockings, phone accessories, and FINAL SALE items.
- FINAL SALE: Items with prices ending in £XX.50 are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Return Processing
Processing takes 5-10 business days after we receive your return. For questions, contact returns@sageandpaije.co.uk.
Returns Process
Follow the correct process for your region to ensure prompt handling. Delivery fees and duties are non-refundable.
UK & EU Returns
Submit your return request and purchase a label for GBP £11.00 via our portal, then drop it at your nearest post box or shop.

International Returns
For returns outside UK & EU, email returns@sageandpaije.co.uk. We cannot provide labels for international returns. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Store Credit
Store Credit will be provided as a Gift Card:
- Valid for 2 years from the issue date
- Redeemable only at sageandpaije.co.uk
- Non-transferable and non-refundable for cash
- Cannot apply to previous or existing orders
- If mixed payment was used, credit refunds first, then other payment methods
Faulty Items
All items are inspected before shipping. If you receive a faulty item, email returns@sageandpaije.co.uk with photos for review.
