SHIPPING POLICY

At Sage and Paije, we make every effort to ship all orders on the same day if placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Sydney Time) on a business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that shipping days do not include public holidays. During high-volume or sale periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please be aware that all our parcels require a signature for secure delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the item will be taken to the local post office. We kindly request that you contact your local post office within 7 business days to schedule redelivery. If you prefer to have the signature requirement waived upon delivery, please notify us before the parcel is dispatched.

Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its journey. Therefore, Sage and Paije cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, public holidays, customs procedures, courier transit errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, particularly during peak periods. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen parcels. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, it is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Sage and Paije cannot reimburse or replace missing, damaged, or stolen parcels due to incorrect shipping details. In the event that a parcel is returned to us and you wish to arrange redelivery, the postage fee will be the customer’s responsibility.

SIZE GUIDE

The size chart is based on the measurements below, which should be used as a guide. Please note that items may differ across various fabrics and styles.

Sage and Paije sizes listed on the garments’ tags are AU/UK sizing. We use AU/UK size scale as our standard sizing, so this is the scale to use if you are familiar with buying AU/UK sized garments. If you are not familiar with AU/UK sizing, please note that this is US junior sizing, and we recommend you can choose a size larger.

For example, the tag on the garment is S/8, it means a size 4 in the US.

RETURN POLICY

Sage and Paije is committed to customer satisfaction – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of the order delivery date.

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.

Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your return.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, and to prevent fraud, abuse or misuse of the Returns Policy, Sage and Paije may refuse to accept returned items if we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern, or if we otherwise reasonably believe you are overusing or abusing our Returns Policy. Returned goods that do not meet the following criteria will be declined, and may be sent back at your cost.

Return must be lodged within 30 days of the order delivery date. If the order exceed 30 days return window, tell customer we are unable to accept their return request.
Merchandise must be in its original condition, and must not be worn, washed, altered, stained or perfumed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any Sage and Paije hangtags, attached.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postage labels.
Bag returns must include the original packaging, with the security seal intact.
Merchandise is excluded from returns: accessories (e.g. earrings, necklaces), hair accessories, hats, intimates, stockings, phone accessories and items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’.
FINAL SALE: All items with prices ending in $XX.50 are Final Sale.

Sure. You can send back multiple items in one parcel with one shipping label. However, all of the items must be from the same order.
