SIZE GUIDE
Sage and Paije sizes listed on the garments’ tags are AU/UK sizing. This is the scale to use if you are familiar with buying AU/UK sized garments. If you are not familiar with AU/UK sizing, please note that this is US junior sizing, and we recommend you can choose a size larger.
For example, the tag on the garment is S/8, it means a size 4 in the US.

Shipping Policy
At Sage and Paije, we make every effort to ship all orders on the same day if placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Sydney Time) on a business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that shipping days do not include public holidays. During high-volume or sale periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please be aware that all our parcels require a signature for secure delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the item will be taken to the local post office. We kindly request that you contact your local post office within 7 business days to schedule redelivery. If you prefer to have the signature requirement waived upon delivery, please notify us before the parcel is dispatched.
Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its journey. Therefore, Sage and Paije cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, public holidays, customs procedures, courier transit errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, particularly during peak periods. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen parcels. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, it is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Sage and Paije cannot reimburse or replace missing, damaged, or stolen parcels due to incorrect shipping details. In the event that a parcel is returned to us and you wish to arrange redelivery, the postage fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
For parcels shipping to the UK, we utilize a combined service from Royal Mail. Please note that the estimated delivery times provided are estimations and may vary.

The customer will responsible for any custom and import duties/taxes charges. All the applicable charges must be paid by you even if you refuse to shipment upon the delivery. The package will be sent back to us if you refused to pay the additional fee, and the extra shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Taxes & Duties
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
Any applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order incurs these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs.
As required by customs authorities, we are obligated to state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the authority to release or deny release of your package. In rare cases, they may also choose to delay or reject delivery.
If you decide not to pay the additional fees, your package will be returned to us. In this case, you will be refunded the cost of your order, excluding any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
